BOOKING RULES

Please book your holiday by completing the 'Enquiries' page on this website
It is first come first served
Please only book one holiday per year in one cabin (ie Timberhill or Garvan) to allow everyone to have a chance to stay. Should you wish to have two cabin stays in one year, you may book the second week one calendar month ahead of your proposed holiday. A third stay can only be booked two weeks ahead if the cabin is available. In all cases book it online in the usual manner.
Holidays should be booked from Saturday to Saturday at Timberhill.
Well behaved dogs are allowed but you must state in your booking request if you are bringing a dog as an extra charge will be made for a bit of top up cleaning.
Pay ahead of departure
Please admit breakages but do not replace. I will only ask for a contribution if it was your fault or very expensive!
Strictly no smoking please
Make sure you take all your own bed linen (pillow cases, bottom sheets, duvet covers and towels) - what is provided is the protective layer only.
Please leave it as you find it or better!
Please clear the house of all food. We do not want anything to be left under any circumstances.
Please leave by 10am on morning of departure. The cabin should be sparkly clean as we do not have cleaners to mop up after you (although they do visit to check the protective covers on the beds).
The cabin should be ready from 4.30pm.
There are bins on site, please follow instructions.
Timberhill is a shared site and so please be very considerate at all times so that we can all enjoy holidays there for years to come.
